Our sacred Sacrament ceremonies will be dedicated to connecting to our embodied connection to Source. We will have 4 ceremonies throughout the retreat: Cacao, 2x Sacred Mycelium and Green Herb. Activating the Spirit of these Earth Kingdom allies to release and
re-ignite our connection to the sacred.

Ceremonies
Cacao, Sacred Mycelium and Green Herb Ceremonies interwoven throughout the weekend for the most beneficial outcome. Live medicine music and sound baths played throughout the ceremonies and retreats.
Pre and Post Calls
2 introduction and intention setting calls leading up to the retreat. 2 integration calls post retreat.
Island Adventure
Multiple day excursion in nature, soaking up the beauty of the Island and connecting with the land to further open and expand our hearts.
Not Included: Flights, Transportation to and from airport, additional sacraments outside the retreat

What I was hoping for was the returning feelings of awe and wonder in my life that I know I had felt before. I was struggling with feeling connected. I was not feeling connected to people, to the planet and ultimately any kind of divine power. With no rituals that resonated with me, I had been reduced to just existing. Existing without connection to any other entities in my life. Even though I was surrounded by people who loved me.
I had been on a 18 year journey where I had not ingested any mind altering substances at all. So this was a big step for me in a direction I had never tried before. But what I began to realize was that I had not ever tried to ceremonialize my use of plant medicines. This became a key point for me that still resonates with me today. The three of them, Sari, Natalie and Kawa, were giving me this great template that I could use when I am in need of self care.
All of the practices they have shone me, allow me the quiet environment required to get exactly what I need. A moment in my outside life to hear what the Universe is trying to tell me on the inside.
