This retreat is fully customizable to suit your personal intentions, goals and needs. We would begin with two pre-retreat hour long calls to dive into what we want to co-create together. We book a minimum of one month in advance of the dates when you choose to arrive in paradise.

And as night falls, the property transforms into a stargazer's paradise, with the cosmos revealing itself in a spectacular show. Soak in the outdoor claw tub and relax by the fire and be completely enveloped in the sounds of the gorgeous jungle, all cozy and serene.

Your very own chef will be creating culinary delights that are soul nourishing, using food that comes right from this land. Whether you are carnivorous, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, we can accommodate to any specific diet. Or be adventurous and trust the diet in our hands! The food will energize you and tantalize your tastebuds leaving you feeling nourished and satiated.
Sacred Sacrament Ceremonies
With the intention of expanding our connection to our Self and our highest timeline, releasing our subconscious blocks that have held us back. Our sacred Sacrament ceremonies will be dedicated to connecting to expansive realms of our awareness. We will have 3 ceremonies throughout the retreat: Blue Lotus, Sacred Mycelium and Green Goddess. Activating the Spirit of these Earth Kingdom allies to release our programming and develop new neural patterns.
The healing begins after the ceremony and the integration part of the journey will be the key to unlock your transformations. This is why we specifically design a fantastic integration period where you will receive the attention required to anchor in the medicine journey. This includes: talk therapy, solo time to reflect, nature outings to continue the expansion, body work to release stuck energy, time in water for cleansing, and deep relaxation to process any challenging things that may have risen.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Accommodations & Transportation
We will pick you up from either Kona or Hilo airport at 12pm the day the retreat starts. You will not need a rental car.
We will drive you back to Kona or Hilo on the last day of the retreat. You may need to get your own hotel the day before and after.
You will be staying on the main floor of our house which will have a private room and bathroom and the ability to be in your own space any time you want.
The beds are orthopedic plush mattresses and large windows in the room for a gorgeous view of the land and ocean.
Live Music
Live medicine music, sound healing and intentional curation of an exquisite soundscape that will help you traverse the universe and release and renew your cells.
We are created by sound, so using sound and music as a main modality of healing and transformation will be key to our time together.
Amazing Team of Facilitators
Based on your needs we will be providing facilitators that can be of service to your journey both male and female.
We have access to trauma informed therapists, body workers, yoga instructors, sound healers, ceremonialists, integration mentors and more!
That's the beauty of this retreat, it is fully customizable to your needs.
Meals
Your gourmet meals will be prepared: breakfast lunch and dinner. Vegan and Gluten Free options are available. We use organic food for the highest vibrational nutrients.
Most of the food we use is locally sourced and you will be presented with a variety of fruits that grow right from the trees in the orchard, which will be unlike anything you have ever tasted!
Integration
Most ceremony experiences end with the ceremony and then the people are left to their devices to find the support to integrate the experience.
The true healing comes after the ceremony, when you are still feeling the energy of the medicine and you can sit in that and have the beauty of nature help you unpack and get clear.
You will have access to talk therapy, nature outings and integration protocols to allow you to understand what is needed for the next part of your life's journey.
This is a very important aspect of this experience and again it is very rarely offered in a container like this.
Rest and Relaxation
You will have time on your own to rest, relax, journal, commune with nature and process.
This is a very important part of the experience as you are learning how to be with yourself, your thoughts and discovering new neural pathways to becoming an upgraded version of yourself.
This is time without distractions of social media, work, family or the outside world.
It is a time to completely go inward and find that peace you've been seeking.
Sacred Ceremonies
Using this time to go deep within the medicine and ceremonies is the essence of this retreat. By choosing to participate in a private retreat dedicated to your transformation, all the ceremonies will be catered to your needs vs a group of people.

Pre and Post Calls
It is important to understand that we are building a connection and that means by the time you get to Hawaii, you already feel comfortable with your hosts so you can easily surrender into your environment.
To ensure this we plan 2 deep dive calls prior to your retreat experience, allowing us to explore and discover what the intention of this retreat is and how we can be of service to your goals.
Following the retreat we also offer 2 post integration calls to help you re-enter into your world with additional support options available if desired.
Nature Outings
Coming to Hawaii and feeling the energy of this Island will be a big part of your healing journey. We will be taking you to different parts of the Island where you can experience the exquisite beauty that it has to offer.
Bathing in the ocean will be very cleansing for you, being with the different elements will activate you in ways you won't have in your home environment.

What I was hoping for was the returning feelings of awe and wonder in my life that I know I had felt before. I was struggling with feeling connected. I was not feeling connected to people, to the planet and ultimately any kind of divine power. With no rituals that resonated with me, I had been reduced to just existing. Existing without connection to any other entities in my life. Even though I was surrounded by people who loved me.
I had been on a 18 year journey where I had not ingested any mind altering substances at all. So this was a big step for me in a direction I had never tried before. But what I began to realize was that I had not ever tried to ceremonialize my use of plant medicines. This became a key point for me that still resonates with me today. The three of them, Sari, Natalie and Kawa, were giving me this great template that I could use when I am in need of self care.
